CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY - Due to clients cancelling last minute, I will be charging a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. LATE POLICY - I allow 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, while I completely understand life happens and emergencies pop up, please let me know! This will allow me to ensure that my time as well as yours is respected to make the most out of your appointment! NO SHOW POLICY - If a client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment and does not respond within 24 hours they will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of their service. -Each charged fee must be paid before rescheduling the next appointment. -Thank you, hairbychandler
